What are the dates and times of the Conference?
Conference dates are Thursday, December 5 – Friday, December 6, 2024. The conference will begin on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. EST and continue to 4:00 p.m. EST on Friday.
What does my registration fee include?
Registration fees include access to all conference activities including meals and evening receptions. Meals include:
- Thursday: Refreshments during the day, lunch, and heavy appetizers with beverages during the evening.
- Friday: Refreshments, breakfast, and lunch.
What type of businesses attend the P3 Government Conference?
Please visit our Who Attends page for detailed information on the business mix of attendees.
Can I obtain CLE (for lawyers) or CE (for professional engineers) credit for attending the conference.
While the sponsoring organization of the P3 Government Conference, P3C, is not a direct provider of continuing education and CLE credits; our program is designed to meet criteria set forth by many professional societies, trade associations, and state licensing boards for continuing education requirements. Attendees are responsible for self-reporting their participation, however we cannot guarantee that all boards will accept our sessions. Most issuers will request a copy of our program and a certificate of attendance which we can provide after the event.

We’re always interested in learning about your P3 experience. Please submit session ideas and abstracts through our Speaker Participation page. One of our team members will quickly get back to you.

Why have I not received a registration confirmation?
All confirmations are sent at the conclusion of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you need a confirmation resent to you, please email klui@accessintel.com
How do I get my registration confirmation resent to me?

How do I register if I’m an approved speaker?
Speakers are automatically registered by management.
How do I make a correction or change on my registration?

Is there a discount for public agencies, goverment or non-profit entities?
Yes. The registration rate is substantially lower than the private sector. Click here for a review of registration options.
Do you have a guest fee?
If you wish to bring your spouse to the conference, they would be entitled to receive the same rate you were entitled. We do not have lower or special guest or spouse rates.
Do you have multiple registrations discounts?
Registration must be handled individually.
How do I modify a registration?
Registrations are transferable with written notice. Please email request to klui@accessintel.com
What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline is November 1, 2024. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to Karen Lui at klui@accessintel.com prior to November 1, 2024.

Does the conference hotel offer a room block with discounted pricing?
The beautiful Westin Downtown is our event headquarters. Discounted rates of $279 per night (plus taxes and fees) are available until Friday, November 10, 2024, or until the discounted block is sold out. Reservations made after November 10th may not qualify for the event contracted discounts. Click here to make your reservation.
What is the address of the conference hotel?

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel.
What airport do I fly into?
Three major airport serves the greater Washington, D.C. area:
- Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport – DCA
- Washington Dulles International Airport – IAD
- Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport – BWI
